- All the above services will be started on or after 100% advance payment through the Paypal/Quickbooks Invoice we’ll send to you.
- The above is our ad management service charge and exclusive of Facebook Ad budget. You need to pay Facebook Ad expenses separately & directly to Facebook.
- Any claim by you that an invoice is incorrect must be made before paying the invoice.
- After payment, we will need to sort the FB Page and FB Ad Account Access. Please make sure to give us the following access (we’ll send you access request from our agency account, you need to accept. If due to Facebook bug we can’t send the access request, you need to add our team members individually):
+ Editor access to your facebook page
+ advertiser access to your ad account
+ admin access to your FB ad account product catalog (order can be started without this particular one but we need it eventually)
- Facebook Ads cannot guarantee you fixed results. It depends on numerous things, not all of which we can control. If only you continue working with us in the long term, we can gradually optimize ad copies, creatives & audiences with our best possible insights hoping to improve results. Then again, your final result depends on many other things like: User experience on your website, product/service pricing, brand reputation, after sale service, customer service & many more. We can offer some basic recommendations for free, pointing out issues that might be affecting your results or you can opt for a Paid Audit of the entire online presence of your business. But under no circumstances, we can guarantee you any results.
- For Basic and Sprint Package, we will be allowing a maximum of 2 revisions for the image creatives. For more than 2 revision, each will be billed at $6 / 300 INR + GST from there on.
- For Marathon, we allow a maximum of 3 revisions for the image creatives and 2 revisions for videos. Each revision for images beyond 3 will be billed at $6 / 300 INR + GST and for videos beyond 2 will be billed at $16 / 900 INR + GST. Such impromptu billings should be done 3 days after we have agreed upon the service.
- Extra video for any of the above services will be billed at $53 / 3000 INR + GST each. Such impromptu billings should be done 3 days after we have agreed upon the service.
- Our service will end on the specific date as decided before the commencement of the order.
- Basic Tracking Pixel setup using Google Tag Manager (if needed) will be billed at $53 / 3000 INR + GST for Basic. If GTM is not required it will be free of cost or you can choose to do it yourself, whichever is convenient.
- If E-commerce Event setup using GTM is required then that would incur a separate cost of 577 USD / 37000 INR + GST
- If you have a specific Brand Guidelines for Images and Video Creatives, we strongly suggest that you provide us with the creatives (which are according to your guidelines). If you choose us to make the creatives while strictly following the guidelines, any lack in the results will not be our responsibility. Because your brand design guidelines might not be aligned with designs that work well with Facebook ad. While saying so, if we choose to make the creatives, we will try our best to follow your guidelines wherever possible.
- Any waiver of term and conditions will be valid officially only if it is communicated to you in writing via [email protected].
